Ongoing Support Packages

Do you have someone in your business who is responsible for ensuring that your spreadsheets are set up and functioning in the best possible way for your business?

Have you hit a point where your spreadsheet have became unwieldy, hard to use and not fit for purpose?

Do you have random calculations scattered across worksheets, numerous tabs full of redundant information, half-finished graphs and inconsistent formatting?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, an ongoing support package may be the answer to your problems.

Your spreadsheets should be constantly evolving. What worked for you 10 years, 5 years or even a year ago, isn’t necessarily going to be suitable now. That’s why it’s important to have someone who is responsible for consistently checking the formatting, formulas, coding and usability of your spreadsheets. And most importantly, carrying out regular updates.

Book a no obligation call to discuss your business needs and find out which ongoing support package would work best for your business.

Regularly spending time now could save you from a future filled with frustration.

“Huge thanks Donna for the help that you provided with a working document for our charity. The adjustments that you incorporated have enabled me to carry out some much-needed sensitivity analysis on an ongoing basis. I especially appreciate that your questions to me were in non-jargon language and, as always, your natural, easy going nature shines through in all your correspondence.”
